The invention discloses a method for high-efficient extraction of 3 beta-acetyl-15 alpha, 22-dihydroxyhopane/hopanone from moelleriella ochracea. The method comprises the following steps: culturing a strain, extracting a metabolic product by using an organic solvent, separating through a silica gel column, and performing thin-layer chromatographic purification and re-crystallization to obtain a target pure product. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple equipment and low cost, and is easy to operate; the obtained 3 beta-acetyl-15 alpha, 22-dihydroxyhopane/hopanone has high purity and further has potential value in medical applications. |
