abstract The invention relates to a walnut chip, particularly a luscious walnut chip containing preserved fruit. The walnut chip is composed of a bottom layer, a core layer and a surface layer. The walnut chip adds a fresh blood to the walnut chip family, has the characteristics of excellent color, aroma and taste, favorable mouthfeel and abundant nutrition, and is suitable for wider range of people.
