titleOfInvention Composite cement
abstract The invention discloses a composite cement. The composite cement is prepared by using 60-85 parts by weight of fly ash, 15-30 parts by weight of cement clinker, 5-15 parts by weight of slag, 1-10 parts by weight of gypsum, 0.5-2 parts by weight of an exciting agent and 5-10 parts by weight of quicklime. A preparation method of the composite cement comprises the following steps: 1, adding the fly ash into a ball mill, and milling to form ultrafine powder; 2 fragmenting the cement clinker, adding the cement clinker to the ball mill, and milling; and 3, adding other raw materials, mixing, and carrying out ball milling to obtain the composite cement product, wherein fly ash cement having a 30-40MPa strength grade is prepared when the mixed ball milling is carried out to 0.045mm and the sieve residue is less than 10%. The preparation method has the advantages of extensive utilization of the fly ash, control and reduction of the pollution of the fly ash to the environment, cement clinker saving, production cost reduction, and guarantee of the stability and reliability of the quality and the performances of the product.
