titleOfInvention Fermentation process of neomycin
abstract The invention provides a fermentation process of neomycin. Cant spore suspension is put in a seed tank with pre-accommodated with a seed culture medium for cultivating 36-48 hours to obtain a culture solution; the seed culture medium in the seed tank contains soybean meal; the obtained seed culture solution is fed in a fermentation tank pre-accommodated with a fermentation culture medium for inoculating and fermenting 110-130 hours; a sugar material is supplemented in the fermentation process; the fermentation of the seed culture solution is realized through the phase control of air dosage and the volume control of fermentation solution; the cultivation of the fermentation solution is terminated; the fermentation solution is put in an absorption tank; 732 resins are added in the fermentation solution; the concentration of the fermentation solution is diluted below 13,000 u/ml; the pH value is neutralized within 6.4-7.0; then dilute fermentation solution is prepared; the fermentation steps are finished. The process improves the fermentation level above 15%, prominently creates the economic benefit, reduces the fermentation cost, and can be applied to the industrial production in large quantities.
