titleOfInvention | Method and device for extracting ethane-mixed hydrocarbon from natural gas |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting ethane-mixed hydrocarbon from natural gas. According to the method, after the natural gas is pre-cooled to -37 DEG C through a shallow cold refrigerant, the natural gas is separated through a primary low-temperature separator; the separated gas phase enters a secondary low-temperature separator to be separated after being cooled to -61 DEG C through an expansion machine; after a part of the gas phase separated through the secondary low-temperature separator is pressurized to reach 6 MPa through a compressor, the part of the gas phase enters a heat exchanger to conduct heat exchange until the temperature reaches -75 DEG C, and condensation is conducted; then throttling depressurization is conducted on the part of the gas phase until the pressure is reduced to 3.5 MPa, cooling is conducted, and the part of the gas phase enters a demethanizer; the other part of the gas phase separated through the secondary low-temperature separator directly enters the demethanizer, and liquid phase separated through the primary low-temperature separator and liquid phase separated through the secondary low-temperature separator enter the demethanizer. The invention further discloses a device for extracting the ethane-mixed hydrocarbon from the natural gas. The method and device are simple, the process is simple, the number of equipment is small, operation is flexible, and investment is saved. |
