The invention discloses a low-temperature-resistant anti-impact flame-retardant modified PC (polycarbonate) composite material comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 70-90% of PC resin, 3-8% of a low-temperature-resistant anti-impact modifier, 2-6% of a flame-retardant masterbatch, 1-4% of a compatilizer, 0.1-0.5% of an antioxidant and 0.1-1.5% of a lubricating agent. The low-temperature-resistant anti-impact flame-retardant modified PC composite material disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that compared with the prior art, according to the prepared PC composite material disclosed by the invention, the original excellent physical, chemical and electrical properties of PC can be kept, and excellent low-temperature-resistant anti-impact toughness and flame-retardant performance can also be achieved; moreover, the flame-retardant performance has the effects of no halogen, safety, high efficiency and no dropping, and can reach a UL94V-0 grade; and the PC composite material can be widely applied to the fields of automobiles, electronic appliances, illumination, mechanical equipment, optical instruments, space flight and aviation, packaging and the like. |
