The platform comprises a shell, an elliptical amplification mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a driving mechanism and a guide mechanism, the elliptical amplification mechanism and the shell are fixedly arranged, the clamping mechanism is located above the elliptical amplification mechanism, the driving mechanism is located above the clamping mechanism, cross roller guide rails are adopted as the guide mechanism, the driving mechanism is drive piezoelectric ceramics, the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping block bonded with the driving mechanism and a clamping guide rail located below the clamping block, the elliptical amplification mechanism comprises an elliptical frame connected with the clamping guide rail and clamping piezoelectric ceramics located in the elliptical frame, first voltage signals used for controlling the clamping block to move left and right are input into the two ends of the drive piezoelectric ceramics, and second voltage signals used for controlling the clamping guide rail to move vertically are input into the two ends of the clamping piezoelectric ceramics.
