titleOfInvention A kind of mold-inhibiting yeast enrichment identification medium and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a mold-inhibiting yeast enrichment identification medium and a preparation method thereof. By weight percentage, including: 1±0.2% yeast powder, 2±0.2% peptone, 2±0.2% glucose, 2±0.2% agar, 4±0.2% stock solution A, 0.1±0.2% stock solution B and 2.2±0.2% % sodium propionate, the balance is water, and the natural pH is 6.5±0.2. The method includes the following steps: step A: prepare basic medium, stock solution A, and stock solution B according to the formula; step B: add yeast powder, peptone, glucose, agar, and water respectively according to the formula, mix well and then add the stock solution A and stock solution B, then add sodium propionate to make the natural pH of the medium reach 6.5±0.2, sterilize at 121±0.2°C for 20 minutes, add chloramphenicol and stock solution C after sterilization. The pollution of mold bacteria in nature can achieve the effect of yeast enrichment culture and preliminary identification.
