titleOfInvention Catalyst for catalyzing cyclohexane selective oxidation reaction and its preparation and reaction method
abstract The invention discloses a catalyst for catalyzing the selective oxidation reaction of cyclohexane and its preparation and reaction method, aiming to provide a catalyst with high activity, easy separation, recyclability and high product selectivity; The technical solution is: the catalyst is an ionic liquid loaded with a transition metal oxide and silanization on a carrier; the ionic liquid is a 1,3-dialkyl substituted imidazolium ion or an N-alkyl substituted pyridine ionic liquid; The method for catalyzing the oxidation reaction of alkylene oxide is as follows: 1) add cyclohexane in a high-pressure reactor, then add a catalyst, feed air, and react for 0.5-8h at a pressure of 1-5MPa and a temperature of 110-170°C. The hexane conversion rate is 3-10%, and the KA oil selectivity is 90-98%; 2) after the reaction process described in step 1) is repeated 3-5 times with the catalyst after the reaction in step 1), the catalyst after the reaction is collected , for regeneration.
