| abstract |
The invention relates to a bearing self-cooling system used for a water pump and an installing method thereof. The bearing self-cooling system comprises a pump shell (13) and a bearing device arranged inside the pump shell (13). A heat exchanging shell (6) in seal fit with a bearing is arranged between the pump shell (13) and the bearing device, and a cooling water cavity is formed between the pump shell (13) and the heat exchanging shell (6). Lubricating oil (4) is contained inside the space formed between the heat exchanging shell (6) and a shaft, and cooling water (5) is contained inside the cooling water cavity. The bearing self-cooling system used for the water pump cools the bearing when the water pump operates, utilizes water resources reasonably, and saves energy. |
