abstract The invention discloses a 907A high-strength steel T-shaped joint laser welding and machining method. The welding and machining method adopts bi-channel laser welding, and the technical parameters include laser power at 3000-5000 W, light-spot diameter of the focal position at 280-320 micrometers, focal length at 300-320 mm, welding speed at 1.2-2.1 m/min and defocusing amount at -10 mm to -25 mm. During welding, argon or helium gas is laterally blown to be welding protection gas, the air flow direction is reverse to the welding direction, and the central distance of light sports during bi-channel welding is 0.3-0.7 mm. Compared with single-channel laser welding, welding joints are high in microhardness, joint strength is insufficient, and during bi-channel welding, martensite content is somewhat reduced by the aid of waste heat of the first channel of welding, and toughness of the joint is improved. The 907A high-strength steel T-shaped joint laser welding and machining method can be used for improving toughness of 907A high-strength steel laser welding so as to prolong service lives of parts.
