abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of energy and chemical industry, and particularly relates to fluidized bed equipment and a method for preparing poly-methoxy-dimethyl ether from dimethoxymethane and paraformaldehyde. The fluidized bed equipment comprises a gas inlet, a gas distributor, a catalyst packing hole, a gas outlet, a fluid inlet pipe, a catalyst discharge hole, a bottom component and an interval component, a bottom component gas ascending channel, an interval component gas ascending channel, a fluid outlet, a downflow spout and an interval downflow spout. A process for preparing the poly-methoxy-dimethyl ether by adopting the equipment comprises the following steps: fluidizing gas is led to a bottom bed via the gas distributor through the bottom component gas ascending channel from the gas inlet; gas ascends to the gas outlet and leaves a fluidized bed; and paraformaldehyde and dimethoxymethane enter the bed of the fluidized bed via a fluid inlet, and a liquid descends to the fluid outlet and leaves the fluidized bed. Compared with conventional reactors in circular canal type and the like, according to the fluidized bed equipment disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, a catalyst can be dispersed more uniformly and aldehyde conversion rate is high. |
