abstract The present invention relates to an infant formula milk powder and a preparation method thereof. Hydrolyzed whey protein powder, nucleotides and lactoferrin are added in the infant formula milk powder based on the original infant milk powder, and the infant formula milk powder is prepared by using a dry mixing method. The beneficial effects of the infant formula milk powder are that the hydrolyzed whey protein powder, nucleotides and lactoferrin are added into the infant milk powder to enable the infant milk powder to be closer to breast milk and to enhance the resistance of infants. Docosahexaenoic acids and eicosatetraenoic acids in the milk powder are essential for infant mental and visual developments. The drying process avoids the heat of nutritional enhancer, prevents the destruction of heat-sensitive components, and thus ensures the nutrition and function of the product and enables the milk powder to be more conducive to digestion, absorption, and organism protection of infants.
