In order to carry out gene expression to multiple genes in multiple cells, needs to extract gene after separating cell, carry out nucleic acid amplification, analyzed by sequence and carry out gene expression analysis.However, the separation of cell causes to damage to cell, need using expensive system.A pair of of structure in cell capture portion and trapping nucleic acids portion is configured in the up-down direction, the each gene for extracting cell synthesizes cDNA, amplification of nucleic acid in trapping nucleic acids portion, it is sequenced by the second generation and carries out sequence analysis, to be accurately proceed the gene expression analysis in each cell. |
