abstract | The low form SCR catalyst and preparation method thereof that the present invention relates to a kind of for diesel engine vent gas purification of nitrogen oxides, using cordierite honeycomb ceramic as carrier, catalyst coatings are coated in carrier surface, it includes base coating: active component that each component in catalyst coatings is counted in mass ratio: binder is 8:0.3 ~ 0.5:1, it includes titanium dioxide: tungstic acid that wherein each component content of base coating is counted in mass ratio: silica is 8 ~ 9:0.5 ~ 1:0.5 ~ 1, it includes iron oxide that each component is counted in mass ratio in active component: manganese oxide is 1.7 ~ 3.3:6.7 ~ 8.3, binder is silica or aluminum oxide.Preparation method is to be sequentially prepared base coating, active component, mixed serum, and mixed serum, which is coated on honeycomb substrate, makes coating amount reach 190 ~ 210 g/L.Preparation method of the invention is simple, and the low form SCR catalyst activity for diesel engine vent gas purification of nitrogen oxides prepared is good, and has preferable anti-aging property. |
