The production method comprises the main steps of preparing the black glutinous rice flour, preparing a mixed extracting solution, preparing dough, wrapping the fillings, and performing refrigeration so as to obtain finished products. According to the glutinous rice balls disclosed by the invention, the mouth feel of conventional glutinous rice ball wrappers which are only made from glutinous rice and water is effectively improved, and the value of the wrappers is increased, so that the glutinous rice balls disclosed by the invention have the efficacies of resolving dampness with aromatics, stimulating the appetite, relieving vomiting, relieving exterior syndromes and relieving summer-heat. |
