abstract | A battery system that efficiently cools the battery cells by blowing cooling gas into cooling gaps between battery cells. The battery system includes a battery stack block having a plurality of battery cells (1) stacked together and separators (5) forming cooling gaps (26) between the battery cells (1) and the cooling gaps (26) ) openings are arranged on two sides; a pair of end plates, the pair of end plates are arranged on two ends of the battery stacking block; the tightening member (4) is located on both sides of the battery stacking block and is fixed to a pair of an end plate, and has a supply air opening (4D) that faces the cooling gap (26) opening; and a film forming seal formed of a resin film. The film-forming seal is disposed between the tightening member (4) and the battery stack block, and has a flat portion that is in close contact with the tightening member (4) in a state of being in surface contact with the inner surface of the tightening member (4). 4); and a hollow elastic protrusion (6B) which protrudes from the flat surface toward the surface of the battery stack block (2) and extends so as to surround the air supply opening (4D). |
