The invention relates to a low-cost perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof. This type of solar cell consists of an FTO transparent conductive glass substrate, a TiO2 dense layer, a TiO2 mesoporous layer, a porous ZrO2 barrier layer, a NiO mesoporous layer and The light-absorbing material is CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 with a perovskite structure. The light-absorbing material is evenly distributed between the TiO 2 mesoporous layer and the conductive carbon electrode by the infiltration method. The preparation method is simple, and the battery has good performance.
