abstract | The present invention relates to production field of metallurgy, and more particularly to the design of the method for producing steel and the electric arc furnaces for implementing the method.The method, which is related to charge, to be loaded into the working space of smelting furnace, the charging is made of old metal and oxidation carbon material of reuniting, inputing power, fuel, carburizer, fluxing agent and gaseous oxygen, using electric arc heated and melt the charging, with the decarburization of metal bath, and release metal and slag from the smelting furnace.Before melting, the first part of a part of the oxidation carbon material and metal charge is loaded into simultaneously in the central area of the smelting furnace, and remaining oxidation carbon material is introduced into the charging of fusing with the ratio loading velocity of 1 megavolt-ampere power 0.5-10kg/min of the transformer of every electric arc furnaces during fusion process, and the size of carbonoxide material piece is selected as between 5 millimeters and 80 millimeters.The wall of smelting furnace shell is provided at least three holes, described hole is separated along the periphery of the wall, it is loaded into the central area of the smelting furnace for carbon material will to be aoxidized, described hole is provided at 0.2-1.0 below horizontal meters of the upper label of the smelting furnace shell.The invention enables the ratio power consumption that may be decreased when melting metal charge, increase the iron output from oxidation carbon material, and also increase relative quantity of the material in the gross mass of charging. |
