The invention relates to the technical field of garment ironing, and discloses a garment no-ironing treating process. The garment no-ironing treating process comprises the following steps: (1) soaking a ready-made garment which is not treatment in a no-ironing chemical liquid for 10-40 hours; (2) washing the soaked ready-made garment with clear water; (3) carrying out high-temperature and high-pressure spraying and fumigating treatment on the washed ready-made garment; (4) cleaning the treated ready-made garment with steam; and (5) drying the treated ready-made garment in a drying chamber at the temperature of 30-50 DEG C for 48 hours. A binding site of the ready-made garment is formed by violent and secret activity of molecules under the instant high-temperature and low-temperature effect, so that the inner structure of fibers of the garment is changed, the shaping effect is achieved, the flatness of the garment is kept for a long time, and the garment has third dimension. |
