The present invention relates to respiratory syncytial virus antigenic compositions and methods, as well as multilayer membranes comprising polypeptide epitopes from RSV. The multilayer film is capable of eliciting an immune response in the host after administration to the host. The multilayer film comprises at least one designed peptide comprising one or more polypeptide epitopes from RSV. In particular, the multilayer film comprises two RSV-derived polypeptide epitopes, eg, epitopes that elicit specific T cell responses, such as cytotoxic T cell responses, and epitopes that elicit specific antibody responses. |
