Mutant strain Bb5911v and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention belongs to the technical field of researches and development of plant biocontrol bacteria, and particularly relates to a mutant strain Bb5911v and application thereof. The taxonomic name of the mutant strain Bb5911v is brevibacillus brevis, and is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on March 03, 2016, with the preservation number of CGMCC No. 12158. The mutant strain Bb5911v with higher antibacterial activity for gloeosporium musarum is obtained by ultraviolet-sodium nitrate compound mutation of wild brevibacillus brevis strain Bb5911 serving as an original strain, the antibacterial activity is improved by 112.41 percent compared with that of the original strain, and disease control effects are also remarkably improved. |
