abstract The invention discloses a method for removing stickies in waste paper pulp by using a composite enzyme preparation, the composite enzyme preparation comprising high-temperature esterase TTEST, amylase, pectinase, xylanase, glycerin, polyethylene glycol and water , the amino acid sequence of the high-temperature esterase TTEST is shown in SEQ ID NO:1. Finally, the content of stickies in waste paper pulp was detected according to the TAPPIT‑277 standard method. The results confirm that the removal rate of stickies reaches 58.5%-74.1%, and it still has a good removal effect under high temperature environment. The invention utilizes a compound enzyme preparation mainly composed of high-temperature esterase to efficiently degrade stickies in waste paper pulp, the operation process is simple and no additional mechanical equipment is required, the effect of removing stickies is obvious, and it has a good application prospect.
