According to the drug screening biological chip with the air chamber provided by the invention, the biological chip is utilized, a favorable cell culture basis is achieved, a microfluidic technology and a cell culture technology are combined so as to be applied in the field of drug screening through the improvement of the structure, and the same cell growth environment is provided on one chip, so that the aim that under the condition of not changing other variables, a category or dosage of a drug is changed singly, and drugs are screened through observing the change of physical signs such as cellular morphology under a drug effect is achieved.
