abstract The invention discloses an alkynyl-terminated polycaprolactone containing carbamate units, the structural formula of which is shown in I. Its synthesis process includes the following steps: (1) reaction of propynyl alcohol and excess toluene-2,4-diisocyanate to obtain propargyl (3-isocyanato-4-methyl) phenyl carbamate; (2) alkyne Propyl(3‑isocyanato‑4‑methyl)phenylcarbamate is reacted with hydroxyl-terminated polycaprolactone to form alkynyl-terminated polycaprolactone containing carbamate units through addition reaction. The alkynyl-terminated polycaprolactone containing urethane units synthesized by the method has urethane units rich in hydrogen bonds, and is applied to polytriazole elastomers to have excellent mechanical properties.
