The gene sequence of the hypsizygus marmoreus insulinotropic peptide consists of SEQ ID NO.4, wherein the gene sequence coding the functional mature hypsizygus marmoreus insulinotropic peptide is 379-477 nucleotides. The mature functional polypeptide amino acid sequence of the hypsizygus marmoreus insulin-releasing peptide is deduced from the gene of the hypsizygus marmoreus insulin-releasing peptide, and the synthesized hypsizygus marmoreus insulin-releasing peptide has good insulin release promoting effect, has the advantages of cytotoxicity, no plasma coagulation activity and the like, and can be applied to preparation of medicaments for treating diabetes. |
