The invention relates to the technical field of corn starch extracting, in particular to a lactic-acid-and-hydrogen-peroxide-coordination-soaked extracting method for corn starch. The method includes the steps that corn kernels are thrown into a soaking tank, and lactic acid is added into the soaking tank for soaking; soaked corn is subjected to coarse crushing, the corn kernels are crushed into 6 sections to 8 sections, then a hydrogen peroxide solution is added, the product is soaked, then the product is subjected to germ separation, fine grinding, pulp separation, centrifugal separation and drying, and the starch is obtained. According to the lactic-acid-and-hydrogen-peroxide-coordination-soaked extracting method, the hydrogen peroxide solution is added into the soaking tank after once soaking, sulphurous acid is avoided, environment pollution is reduced, and meanwhile the corrosion performance of a device is reduced; the investment of the corn soaking tank is reduced for production expanding, the production environment of a workshop is also greatly improved, the corn starch yield is increased to be about 67% from about 56% obtained through pure sulphurous acid soaking, and remarkable economic benefits are achieved. |
