The present invention prepares thermoelectric materials by melting, melt spinning and sintering combined with discharge plasma sintering. The obtained thermoelectric material belongs to p-type thermoelectric material, which increases phonon scattering, greatly reduces thermal conductivity, and improves Seebeck coefficient. It has good thermoelectric performance. |
