The mixing device includes vertical brackets on both sides, a mixing tube and a driving device. A rotating shaft runs through the center of the mixing tube. Both ends of the bracket are provided with bearing seats supporting the rotating shaft. A driving device is installed on the platform on one side of the bracket. , and connected to the rotating shaft through a pair of gears meshing with each other. A through hole is opened in the center of one end of the rotating shaft as a protective gas inlet. There is a fixed flange at the bottom outlet of the mixing barrel, and the opening and closing of the fixed flange is controlled by a valve on one side. When mixing materials, the mixing cylinder can be turned over in the range of 0-360°, so that the material at the bottom of the cylinder can be transported to the top of the cylinder for mixing, without any mixing dead angle, so that the materials can be mixed more fully and uniformly, and the mixing efficiency is high, which can reach 2 tons/hour. |
