abstract The invention discloses a DNA molecule layer-by-layer self-assembly microcapsule wrapped by DNase and preparation and application thereof, wherein the microcapsule takes carbonate particles as a template core, a polyacrylamide hydrochloride layer and an oligonucleotide chain a layer are sequentially wrapped outside the carbonate particles, then a plurality of oligonucleotide chain b layers and oligonucleotide chain c layers are alternately wrapped, and the template core is removed by EDTA to prepare the DNA molecule layer-by-layer self-assembly microcapsule; and finally, incubating the DNA molecule layer by layer self-assembly microcapsule, the oligonucleotide chain d and the heme together to form the DNA molecule layer by layer self-assembly microcapsule wrapped by the DNase. The outer layer of the microcapsule is a layer-by-layer self-assembled DNA chain, and the specific DNA chain has molecular recognition and DNase catalysis functions, so the microcapsule has potential targeting effect and self-tracing capability, and has definite application prospect in the aspects of targeting recognition and detection.
