abstract | The invention relates to a potential sensor, in particular to a soluble molecularly imprinted polymer and application thereof. Adding a swelling solvent into the molecularly imprinted polymer, heating and stirring at 50-150 ℃ for swelling treatment to fully dissolve the polymer, thus obtaining the soluble molecularly imprinted polymer; wherein the swelling solvent is tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide, chloroform or 1,2, 4-trichlorobenzene. On the basis of keeping the high selective adsorption capacity of the molecularly imprinted polymer, the method effectively solves the problem that the traditional imprinted polymer is difficult to dissolve in the sensitive membrane of the potentiometric sensor through the solubilizer, so that the doped polymer sensitive membrane becomes a homogeneous system, the molecular recognition capacity of the molecularly imprinted polymer sensitive membrane is enhanced to a great extent, and the response performance of the potentiometric sensor is further improved. |
