titleOfInvention | Fluorescent probe for detecting hydrogen peroxide activity and preparation and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a fluorescent probe for detecting hydrogen peroxide activity, which is obtained by dissolving aspirin in dichloromethane, adding 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and 1-ethyl- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride, adding a fluorophore containing hydroxyl, extracting, decompressing, spin-drying and carrying out column chromatography. The detection method of the fluorescent probe provided by the invention is simple and convenient, the probe is added into a detection system to be incubated for 10 minutes to measure the fluorescence intensity, and the result can be given without the assistance of other reagents; the detection of the hydrogen peroxide activity in living cell-level tissues can be realized; the hydrogen peroxide can be detected and simultaneously plays a certain protective role in oxidative stress injury. The fluorescent probe can be applied to detecting the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in a solution, can also be applied to detecting the activity of the hydrogen peroxide in cells or tissues and can be applied to detecting the protection effect of living cells on oxidative stress injury. The structural formula of the fluorescent probe is as follows: |
