abstract | A submersible pump system and a submersible pump thereof are provided, wherein the submersible pump comprises a protective shell (1), and a pump body (2), a motor (3) and a control device (4) which are arranged in the protective shell (1). An output shaft (31) of the motor (3) is connected with the pump body (2). The submersible pump also comprises a sealing mechanism (5) which is coated outside the control device (4) and is sealed against the control device (4), and a heat dissipation system (6) which dissipates heat of the control device (4) outwards. The control device (4) in the submersible pump radiates outwards through the sealing mechanism (5) and the protective shell (1) through the radiating system (6), so that the sealing and the water proofing of the control device (4) are ensured, the heat of the electronic element on the control device (4) in the sealing mechanism (5) can be released outwards into water, and the radiating effect of the electronic element is met. In addition, the submersible pumps of the submersible pump system are connected in parallel, the host is electrically connected with the submersible pump control signals of the same system in parallel through a main control circuit to provide control signals, and is connected with the submersible pump power lines of the same system in parallel through a power circuit to provide power, so that the wiring length of the control circuit and the power lines is reduced, and materials are saved. |
