The invention provides an aromatic amine derivative containing an o-phenanthroline structure and an organic light-emitting device thereof, and relates to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials. By introducing the rigid structures of o-phenanthrolines and benzofluoranthenes, the thermal stability of the aromatic amine derivatives obtained in the present invention is improved. It is used to prepare organic light-emitting devices, especially as a hole transport material in organic light-emitting devices, and has the characteristics of high luminous efficiency, excellent heat resistance, and long life. |
