abstract | The invention provides a dyeing and finishing process of a polyester fabric. The dyeing and finishing process of the polyester fabric comprises the following steps: 1) oil removal and presetting by one-step method: carrying out oil removal treatment on the terylene grey cloth by using an oil removal agent and carrying out high-temperature tentering presetting on the terylene grey cloth by the same machine; 2) dyeing: placing the polyester fabric subjected to oil removal and pre-shaping in a dye solution, and heating to 120-135 ℃ for dyeing; 3) cleaning: cleaning and post-treating the dyed polyester fabric; 4) shaping: and (3) shaping the cleaned polyester fabric by using a heat setting machine. The dyeing and finishing process of the polyester fabric is more environment-friendly and energy-saving; the mould pressing color of the prepared polyester fabric is reduced, and the whiteness can reach more than 145 after the mould pressing; the cloth cover quality problems such as fluorescent patterns, color points and the like are effectively prevented; the mould pressing color becomes small; the washing fastness and the light fastness reach more than 4 grades, and the product has good dimensional stability and soft hand feeling. |
