abstract The invention relates to an application of an NO donor compound in preparing a medicament for inhibiting invasion and transfer capacity of tumor cells rich in sulfhydryl molecules. The NO donor compound comprises one or more of mercaptonitrosoglutathione, nitric oxide, sodium nitrite, nitroglycerin, mercaptonitrosoglutathione, mercaptonitrosocysteine, mercaptonitrosocaptopril, mercaptonitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine, monosaccharide-mercaptonitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine and coupling compound of monosaccharide-mercaptonitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine. The NO donor compound and mercapto molecules in tumor cells generate mercaptonitroso reaction to convert mercapto into mercaptonitroso, so that the invasion and transfer capacity of the tumor cells rich in mercapto molecules is inhibited. The method for inhibiting the invasion and the transfer capability of the tumor cells rich in the sulfhydryl molecules provides a new direction for the treatment of tumor transfer, and has obvious social benefit.
