abstract | The invention discloses a floor heating material which is prepared from heating dry powder and an adhesive, wherein the mass ratio of the heating dry powder to the adhesive is (5-9): (1-5); the heating dry powder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 85.6 to 91.9 percent of C, 3 to 5 percent of Zn, 4 to 6 percent of Al, 1 to 3 percent of Si and 0.1 to 0.4 percent of Ag. The invention also discloses a preparation process of the floor heating material. The floor heating material disclosed by the invention is simple in design, rapid in temperature rise, uniform in heating, capable of avoiding the local overheating phenomenon, low in production raw material cost, low in power consumption, energy-saving, environment-friendly, safe, low-carbon, and zero in pollution to the environment in the production process. In addition, the floor heating material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process and can be produced in a large scale. |
