titleOfInvention One-step forming preparation method of polyformaldehyde fibers
abstract The invention relates to a one-step forming preparation method of polyformaldehyde fibers, which comprises the following steps: extruding the polyformaldehyde melt through a spinneret plate, and then sequentially carrying out low-temperature cooling, cluster oiling and ultrahigh-speed winding to obtain polyformaldehyde fibers; wherein the length-diameter ratio of capillary pores of the spinneret plate is less than or equal to 1.5, the low-temperature cooling temperature is less than or equal to 0 ℃, and the ultra-high speed winding speed is more than or equal to 5000 m/min. The finally prepared polyformaldehyde fiber has the tensile strength of more than or equal to 7.3cN/dtex, the tensile modulus of more than or equal to 120cN/dtex and the elongation at break of less than or equal to 15%. The method of the invention omits the subsequent stretching process of the polyformaldehyde fiber, has simple operation, high preparation efficiency and low energy consumption, achieves the purposes of energy saving, emission reduction and clean production, and the finally prepared polyformaldehyde fiber has the advantages of low cost, excellent mechanical property and high added value and has extremely good popularization value.
