The water outlet of the hydrogen fuel cell is connected to the water inlet of the magnesium hydride storage tank through a water tank, a water pump and a flowmeter, and the hydrogen outlet of the magnesium hydride storage tank is connected to the hydrogen inlet of the hydrogen fuel cell through a molecular sieve filter, a hydrogen buffering and temperature adjusting tank and metering equipment.
