The biological activity shows that IMB-301 can specifically inhibit Vif from degrading hA3G by inhibiting the binding of Vif to hA3G; and IMB-301 up-regulates the intracellular The level of hA3G effectively inhibits the replication of viruses (such as HIV), that is, IMB‑301 inhibits the virus depends on hA3G.
