titleOfInvention | A method for removing emulsified oil in surfactant-stabilized oil-in-water emulsions |
abstract | A method for removing emulsified oil in an oil-in-water emulsion stabilized by surfactants, comprising the following steps: (1) getting graphene oxide, ferric chloride/ferrous sulfate mixed salt solution and layered double metal hydroxide sol , adding graphene oxide to ferric chloride/ferrous sulfate mixed salt solution, adjusting the pH of the solution to 10-11, and continuously stirring at a temperature of 80-95°C; washing and filtering, vacuuming at 50-65°C Dry to obtain ferric oxide-graphene oxide hybrid; mix MGO with LDH sol, and continue to stir at 10-40°C, filter and clean, and become a magnetic adsorbent after drying; (2) adjust the stability of the surfactant (3) Add a magnetic adsorbent to the surfactant-stabilized O/W emulsion, stir at 10-40°C, and then magnetically separate under the action of an external magnetic field. The method is safe, easy to operate, requires less equipment investment, occupies a small area, and has high removal efficiency, and is suitable for continuous large-scale treatment of oily wastewater. |
