abstract A preparation method of a spunlace non-woven fabric with good moisture absorption and air permeability for polyurethane synthetic leather comprises the steps of soaking 55g of pure cotton spunlace non-woven fabric in 80g of formic acid aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 5% and 2.1g of modified coconut husk product at 25-55 ℃ for 30-60 min, taking out cotton textile fibers, putting the cotton textile fibers into 60g of acetic acid aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 15%, taking out after 30-120 min, washing for 3-5 times by 50ml of mixed solution of ethanol and water with the volume ratio of 70:30, and drying; dispersing 0.5g of sodium alginate, 0.6g of chitosan, 0.5g of emulsifier and 1.6g of compatilizer A into 150g of distilled water, mixing and stirring for 40min at 60 ℃, adding the modified cotton textile fiber and the compatilizer B4.7g, soaking for 30-90 min, taking out, then reacting for 0.5-3.5 h in 7g of soaking crosslinking agent, 2.7g of crosslinking synergist and 80g of water, drying for 5-25 min at 100 ℃, washing for 3-5 times, and drying to obtain the spunlace fabric material with good moisture absorption and air permeability.
