titleOfInvention | Counter electrode material of dye-sensitized solar cell and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The application discloses a counter electrode material of a dye-sensitized solar cell, and a preparation method and application thereof. The counter electrode material of the dye-sensitized solar cell comprises a substrate and a tin oxide nano-strip array adsorbed on the surface of the substrate, wherein a carbon nano-sheet layer is also adsorbed on the surface of the substrate adsorbing the tin oxide nano-strip array; and on the contact surface of the tin oxide nano-strip array and the carbon nano-sheet layer, Sn in the tin oxide nano-strips and C in the carbon nano-sheet layer form Sn-O-C coordination bonds. According to the counter electrode material of the dye-sensitized solar cell, a platinum electrode is replaced by the tin oxide/carbon nanosheet composite material, so that a novel non-platinum electrode is provided for the dye-sensitized solar cell. The dye-sensitized solar cell has excellent conductivity and electrocatalysis performance, and has good adhesion with a substrate and good stability; the prepared solar cell has excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency. |
