The method for manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor according to the present invention includes: roughening a metal foil containing a first metal; and forming an oxide containing a second metal on the surface of the roughened metal foil by atomic layer deposition. A second dielectric layer step; and chemically converting the metal foil on which the second dielectric layer is formed, to form a first dielectric containing an oxide of the first metal between the metal foil and the second dielectric layer layer process. |
