titleOfInvention Preparation method of carbon fiber reinforced sodium tripolyphosphate cross-linked chitosan/carbon nanotube composite filter membrane
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of functional membrane materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a carbon fiber reinforced sodium tripolyphosphate cross-linked chitosan/carbon nano tube composite filter membrane. Carbon fibers are used as a reinforcing material of the composite filter membrane to improve the strength and the service performance of the composite filter membrane; the chemical stability of the membrane is improved by utilizing sodium tripolyphosphate crosslinking, and phosphate radicals with good affinity to uranyl ions are introduced, so that the separation effect of the composite filter membrane on uranium in wastewater is improved; by blending the chitosan and the carbon nano tube, the mechanical strength and the permeability of the composite filter membrane are improved, and the dispersibility of the carbon nano tube is improved. The composite filter membrane prepared by the invention has good mechanical strength, good permeability and chemical stability, and can effectively remove and separate uranium in uranium-containing wastewater, and the U (VI) removal rate can reach as high as 99%.
