titleOfInvention Method for synthesizing AE active ester
abstract The invention discloses a synthesis method of AE active ester, which takes aminothiazoly loximate and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole as raw materials and is prepared by condensation reaction under the condition that a condensation reagent, organic base and an organic solvent exist. Wherein, the condensation reagent used in the reaction is chloroformate, the organic base is triethylamine, pyridine, N-methylmorpholine, DMAP and the like, and the solvent is dichloromethane, acetonitrile or a mixed solvent thereof: the method for synthesizing the AE active ester avoids using an organic phosphorus condensation reagent in the traditional process, achieves phosphorus-free sewage discharge, greatly reduces the environmental protection pressure, and enables enterprises to realize sustainable development. In addition, the solvent can be recycled, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, and the method has a high implementation value.
