abstract |
The invention discloses a method for producing hepatocytes from human pluripotent stem cells. Stem cells were seeded on a cell culture substrate containing two laminins. The stem cells are then exposed to different cell culture media to induce differentiation. The resulting hepatocytes had a higher metabolic capacity compared to hepatocytes cultured on different substrates. |
