In various applications, electronic devices, systems, and methods may include fin field effect transistors FinFETs with deposited fin bodies. This FinFET can be implemented as an access transistor in a circuit of an integrated circuit. In an embodiment, an array of FinFETs with deposited fin bodies may be disposed on a digit line. For FinFET arrays with deposited fin bodies formed in memory cells of a memory, the digit lines may be coupled to sense amplifiers. Additional apparatus, systems and methods are disclosed. |
