titleOfInvention Ferro-sphalerite flotation activator and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to a sphalerite flotation activator, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of mineral processing flotation agents. The invention solves the technical problem that the activation selectivity of the sphalerite flotation activator is not strong, so that a large amount of minerals such as ferric sulfide and the like exist in the sphalerite concentrate, and the recovery rate of the sphalerite is low. The technical scheme is that the ferrisphaerolite flotation activator is prepared by reacting 52-56% of copper sulfate, 12-15% of lead nitrate, 10-13% of sodium sulfide, 8-11% of oxidized paraffin soap and 9-12% of lauric acid at high temperature and high pressure. The activator has good stability and strong selectivity, and under the combined action of lime, butyl xanthate, 2# oil and other flotation reagents in the flotation process of the sphalerite, the sphalerite concentrate with the grade of 46.53-49.54 percent and the recovery rate of 78-83.34 percent is obtained by a flotation process of three rough sweeps and two fine sweeps.
