abstract The PMSM torque ripple suppression method under the stator current vector orientation, the control method first establishes the dynamic mathematical model of the PMSM under the stator current vector orientation according to the actual operating parameters of the PMSM; then based on the electromagnetic torque equation under the PMSM magnetic co-energy model , established the optimal stator harmonic current constraints to minimize the torque ripple, and established a harmonic controller and a closed-loop I/f controller (referred to as closed-loop I/ f controller). In order to accurately obtain the speed signal, the present invention simultaneously designs a PMSM full-range speed identification method based on the least square algorithm. The test results show that the torque ripple of the optimized motor is effectively suppressed, and the parameters under control can quickly converge and reach a stable value; for low, medium and high speeds, it can be accurately tracked and identified, realizing Full speed tracking of PMSM.
